General FAQs:

1) The safety shoes I want are out of stock.

Most of our shoes are limited and once they are sold out we stop restocking them. We add new pairs a lot, so be sure to check back.

2) Are your shoes machine washable ?

Theoretically this is possible, but since many different materials are used in our shoes, we advise against it. We recommend hand washing the shoes only.

3) How to choose the shoe's size ?

We provide a size chart for each model. Please take a look at the respective product page. 

4) How can I order?

Orders can only be placed in our online shop. Please note the product are not sold in normal stores.

5) Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, this is not existing!

6) Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we will send tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Or you can check the order logistics status at http://track.outdoorde.com/

7) How long does delivery take?

The processing time is 1-3 working days. As soon as the order has been processed, the package will be shipped and will be with you in 1-2 weeks.

8) What happens to packages that could not be delivered?

All packages that cannot be delivered are automatically returned to the sender (us) by the post office. If your order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs.

9) Can I return the order if I don't like it?

If you do not like the product or if you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please send us an email within 14 days. If you choose to return the goods, you will either receive a refund or a replacement product. Please note that the buyer has to pay for the return shipping.
